Engineering, Integration & Flight Test

At the heart of Legionnaire International is an engineering and flight test team built for speed and precision. Our department runs on “Agile Sprint Methodology,” enabling us to design, develop, test, refine, analyze, build, and repeat in focused "small win" cycles turning ideas into validated hardware faster - minimum viable products are produced without cutting corners. Our engineering capabilities are powered by an industry-leading software suite:

  • SolidWorks — Mechanical design, FEA, and drawings

  • SolidWorks PDM — Engineering document control

  • Cameo — Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

  • Ansys — Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

  • MATLAB — Data analysis

Our fleet of A-4 Skyhawks and chase aircraft is fully equipped to handle any mission required, including the integration and testing of advanced avionics, weapon systems, and pod systems for diverse applications.

R&D Engineering

Engineering at Legionnaire closes the loop between design and flight. Our engineers take a requirement, design the system, and prove it in the air. Analysis, drawings, instrumentation, simulations and aircraft integration all occur in one team.
