The Legionnaire Technologies division is where ideas become hardware. Spanning rapid prototyping, surface-mount technology (SMT), and precision manufacturing, we quickly mature concepts from the drawing board to production-ready parts. Our manufacturing department specializes in 3 axis & 5 axis CNC milling and lathes, allowing us to produce everything from complex assemblies to single-piece custom parts with equal precision. We've developed components across a range of defense contracts and specialized projects, with particular expertise in aerospace parts for weaponry and aircraft applications. System integration is core to what we do: we've engineered and produced countless brackets and mounting solutions for cameras, missiles, and more, purpose-built to fit the platform and the mission. Backed by a long history of repeat customers, we're confident in our ability to deliver uncompromising quality and efficiency in both our machinery and our people.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

Crafting electronic warfare (EW) capabilities, to protect warplanes from enemy detection and attacks. Circuit boards incorporated in drones, missiles, to enhance data collection for various air vehicles missions.

CNC Lathe Capabilities

Precision-turning sophisticated air-to-air and air-to-ground munitions components, engineered for tighter accuracy, longer range, and greater lethality on target.

Precision CNC Machining

Our precision CNC machining delivers the tight tolerances that aerospace and defense demand working across aluminum, titanium, steel, and specialized alloys to produce complex multi-axis components and single-piece custom parts with repeatable accuracy. From mission-critical brackets and mounting hardware to structural and weapons-integration components, every part is machined to spec, inspected, and built to perform under the stresses of flight.

Bringing every component together into mission-ready systems hand-assembled and inspected by our team to ensure each build integrates seamlessly, safely, and to specification before it ever reaches the aircraft.
